🌿 Camp Village Guide
This is not your traditional women’s retreat.
Instead, we are co-creating a village together.
From the moment you arrive, you are part of something living, breathing, and evolving. There will be structure, but also spaciousness. The magic of this experience comes from each of us bringing our energy, presence, and gifts into the whole.
We will build the village… and then spend a few days living inside it.

Wednesday
Arrival, set up, and Opening Circle
We arrive, set up, meet your fellow villagers, and set intentions for the space we’re creating together.
Thursday & Friday
Village life
This is where everything unfolds—connection, offerings, creativity, rest, play, and expression.
Saturday
Expansion + Celebration
We open our village to the larger community through the Moonlight & Magic event from 3–11pm.
Sunday
Closing the Circle
🌸 THE GUILDS
Each woman will choose a guild. This is how we co-create the village together.
Your guild is not a job. It is a way you contribute your energy, creativity, care, and presence to the shared experience of camp. Some guilds are practical, some are playful, some are nourishing, some are magical, and all of them help bring the village to life.
🌸 Roles Within the Guilds
Women may choose to participate in their guilds in different ways depending on their gifts, energy, interests, availability, and desires. Some women may hold multiple roles in multiple guilds throughout the weekend.
Visionaries
The leaders & organizers who help plan and shape the direction, structure, and flow of a guild.
Facilitators
Women who lead workshops, rituals, classes, ceremonies, discussions, performances, or group experiences within the guild.
Creators
The set builders, decorators, designers, artists, and atmosphere makers helping transform camp into an immersive, magical village through signage, information spaces, altars, installations, textiles, lighting, flowers, and sacred space design and decor.
Practitioners
Women offering one-on-one or specialized services such as massage, readings, tattoos, astrology, herbalism, photography, embodiment work, beauty offerings, healing sessions, and more.
Helpers
The helping hands of the village. Women who jump in where needed to assist with setup, reset, supplies, logistics, problem solving, and helping projects and spaces run smoothly.
